Gangs usually wear bagging clothes to hide guns and drugs. The statistics say that schools having a school uniform policy have seen a decrease in crime. Long Beach Unified School regularise was the first large urban school district in the United States to require school uniforms. They have seen substantial decreases in crime in the ultimo five years since they have required uniforms. One incredible reduction was that sex offenses have decreased 93%.
